Evolve! Blend the Past & Present

It's May 2024, and the world at large seems to be having a very hard time with evolving into better.

We’re still in the shadow phase of the recent Mercury Retrograde and shit is in shambles! Here in America, it's the economy, natural disasters, migrant crisis, GMO food, measles back, AI threatening jobs and livelihood, Hollywood/Music Industry facing all kinds of allegations…Like what is really going on?!! Don't forget TikTok, Mr. Trump’s case, Transwomen in female sports, and the farmers are in crisis! Oh, and females mutilating themselves in the name of beauty. I'm seeing it all. On youtube, the news, social media. It's very alarming. 

For the past two years, I've been home from work-due to an injury that resulted in mTBI and neck injury. It's given me time to reflect on my life and Life. Its come to my attention that simple principles like morals, truths, rights, and integrity have been abandoned for vanity, materialism, covetousness, debauchery-everything that sodom and gomorrah plus more was burned for. Like this country, our great America, always says “God bless America” but how will God bless us if so many of our veterans, homeless, elderly, and infants are uncared for in our societies? And that further makes me ponder how civilized our society really is?? 

America likes to serve as a role model for other countries. But do they, the other countries who look to us as a model,  know what's really going on here? Because it seems to me that everyone is going through the same struggles, shortages, and lack of morality. And NO ONE IS THE MODEL. People and countries need to do what is best for them but NOT at the expense or exploitation of another. 

I've also noticed that we are moving so fast into the future that we aren't taking the time to look where we came from. We are forgetting that it's because of who and what came before us that we are able to stand today! We cannot run blindly into the future without ever looking back at what was behind us. 

I personally think a blend of past and present is needed, and desperately! Number one, we have to take care of the Earth and be more attuned to her cycles. This way communities won't be devastated by volcanoes or falling off cliffs. We need to blend our ancestor’s ways of healing and doing with the technology we have today. Medicine for instance, use of plants and herbs for preventative care, when and if possible.  Using animals, like beavers to control waterways and revitalize forests. Still not understanding how we can get satellites into space and can't figure out hunger and homelessness. 

History has shown that when our ancestors’ egos got too big and they began to exploit the Earth, civilizations failed and ceased to be. Change is necessary for transformations. But the evolution has to make sense.
