The 5 Pillars of Self-Love: The conscious and sacred act of returning to yourself.
1. Self-Awareness: “I see myself clearly.”
This is the foundation—knowing your patterns, triggers, wounds, desires, and strengths without shame.
Practices:
1. Inner child journaling
2. Astrology or birth chart reflection
3. Naming your wounds & survival styles
4. Noticing your emotional body without judgment
“To love myself, I must first meet myself-fully.
2. Self-Acceptance: “I embrace who I am without condition.”
This is about holding space for all parts of you—especially the shadowed or rejected ones. It means loving the “too much,” the “not enough,” and everything in between.
Practices:
1. Mirror work
2. Affirmations for your “unruly” parts
3. Writing letters to your inner critic
4. Saying “I love you” even when you don’t feel lovable
“Even when I’m healing, I am still worthy.
3. Self-Compassion: “I speak to myself with softness.”
Instead of punishment, you respond to your pain with care. This is the voice of the Divine Mother within you.
Practices:
1. Reparenting rituals
2. Soothing words during a trigger
3. Comforting body touch or breath
4. Creating a “Safe Self-Talk” script
“I am learning. I am growing. I am still lovable.”
4. Self-Boundaries: “I protect my energy and honor my needs.”
True self-love requires sacred NOs. It’s knowing that your peace is not up for negotiation. You become your own guardian.
Practices:
1. Saying “No” without guilt
2. Limiting access to your spirit
3. Clearing out energetically draining relationships
4. Rituals for energetic shielding
“I deserve peace not performance.”
5. Self-Devotion: “I show up for myself every day.”
This is the sacred doing. It’s not just how you feel about yourself—it’s how you care for yourself through action. Self-love becomes embodied.
Practices:
1. Daily routines that nourish your nervous system
2. Healing rituals, baths, breathwork
3. Keeping promises to yourself
4. Celebrating small wins
“I am devoted to my own becoming.”
